It's been almost one year since I met Jator. He taught the CHEK HLC level 1 class I attended. BTW, he is a great instructor and that was a fantastic course.
The only thing I knew about him going into it was that he was wise, based on the fact that he was coaching a friend who invited me to take the course. I didn't Google his name or check the instructor bio. So I walked into class expecting an old man stroking a graying beard and was surprised to see Jator, wise beyond his years but not old at all!
In keeping this brief, I will say this, Jator introduced me to myself. During our coaching sessions, with my willingness to face and move through the process of healing in areas of my life long neglected, he has been there to provoke and embrace a vulnerability I didn't know I had. His authenticity creates the space I need to share, learn and stay curious.
His gentle and honest guidance always leads me to dig deeper to uncover answers. Jator asks the questions and I look for the answers. He is a friend, a mentor, a coach and an amazingly insightful and knowledgable man. He's honoring a profound gift that he has been given but also uses his life experiences as a teaching opportunity which is quite frankly, very kind.
I'm looking forward to his continued coaching as I set new physical challenges for myself. His knowledge base on fitness and nutrition is extensive and solid. He has helped me identify areas in my life where I needed to make changes, specifically my sleep, quiet time, exercise and hydration.
I am much happier, more centered, and comfortable in my mind and body now than I was before I started working with Jator. I'm so grateful for him and his role in my life.
If you are looking for a holistic approach to improving your health both physically and mentally, Jator is your man.

The moment Jator began to speak, his grace, his heart, his intelligence, and his kindness were very evident to me. He emits a sense of calm and care that is both soothing and enticing. At the time, I didn't know that in order to grow into my best self I needed to find Jator, but once I stumbled upon him, it became clear to me that he would be the vehicle.
